Formula question

I need some advice on formula! We were using Enfamil Gentlease and have recently switched to the target brand Up and Up of the gentlease. Has anyone had any issues with this formula or the target brand?? I seen online where this poor baby passed away from a bacterial infection from the formula. This just scares me!! Of course I will be talking to her pediatrician for her recommendations and yes we have already tried breastfeeding. I just want to see what mommies have to say. TIA
