Birth Controls cancelling each other out

Is it possible that by taking two different forms of birth control, that they can cancel each other out?

I just got the Nexplanon implant last Thursday and was still taking my normal birth control (Sprintec) mindlessly because I was so used to taking it every morning with all my other meds. I stopped this past Sunday and have had sex (with him finishing inside) since the second day of the having then implant. I was supposed to get my period yesterday (Wednesday) and still have yet to even spot. Should I be worried?

I know Nexplanon can sometimes stop periods altogether but I figured that wouldn't happen for a few months at least. HELP PLEASE😩😩😩
