help me!!!!!!

So it's now going on 2 months of ttc. I have cravings of ranch and holiday gas station vreakfast sandwiches, i feel ovcasional nausea, I have cramps, slight constipation, sensitive nipples (haven't checked color), occasional head aches and I have super mood swings and I'm due for AF in 7 days. I'm so impatient to test but I have been feeling different. more bloated. I have creamy white discharge and it's not heavy. this would be my second child but I didn't notice any of this my first time because I didn't catch it until almost end of first trimester :( advice?
