SO's mom bought a boppy

So my SO's mom bought me a boppy when I was 12weeks (early I know). I would have no problem with that except she bought a previously used one and there are some stains on it. She also is planning on only buying pre-owned clothing and items. This is my first baby and her first grandchild. I guess I'm wondering if I'm overreacting about being grossed out by this or if I'm justified as this is my first baby and her first grandchild?

****Let me clear this up a little. I don't mind hand-me-downs if they come from someone close to the family. She found this online and never met the person. I know things can be washed but pillows don't sanitize. I have tons of allergies and my baby will too and sometimes just washing won't fix my issues and I have to get rid of things. I also wouldn't mind as much if she had come to me first, as I could have told her I would appreciate her getting it from people close to the family.
