I need help to get motivated to run!!
So I've been running for a while now. I'm not the best runner but I'm better than I was before I started. I run a 5k one a week on Saturdays. For the last couple of months, every time I wake up to go running it's really tempting to make an excuse not to go. When I'm running it feels like it lasts ages and I don't enjoy it. I don't even have the determination to keep going as I've started walking for a little bit a couple of times during every run. At the end I always feel good for having gone running though. So I don't really like running, but I don't want to give it up. I haven't got a pb for a year and what I usually get is about three minutes longer than my pb. I want to stay fit and healthy, and most of all I want to improve, but how shall I get motivated to keep going or be able to get near my pb again? Any advice or tips would be appreciated 👍🏻 Thanks 😁
