Have any of you ladies had a ectopic pregnancy but got pregnant successfully again? With only one tube

I had my left removed and now I'm starting to feel like there's no more hope for me because I had chlamydia way before my ectopic and now it's like I don't know if becoming a mother would be possible for me now with my right tube. I just want to know successful positive stories if anyone went through the same thing I did and got pregnant again successfully cause this would of been my first and no one knows how bad I want my little angel back
