2nd miscarriage??

Question

Hi everyone I originally thought I was 11 weeks 1 day went for my first scan Wednesday and got told I am only measuring 6 weeks 1 day saw fetal pole in the sac with no heartbeat must go back again next Wednesday for another scan! I am so upset I had a previous miscarriage back in January and have no other children I am 24 could it be that this is going to end in another miscarriage or has something else gone wrong can anyone help 😔

I totally understand! I had a miscarriage in May 2016, I got pregnant and had my son April 2017 and got pregnant again June 2017 but just had another miscarriage on Thursday! I'm so annoyed because with my first miscarriage I lacked progesterone and the fetus stopped developing after 6 weeks, with my son I took progesterone for the first trimester, I got pregnant again n my dr said I didn't need progesterone, they ran my blood 2 times n that was it! The fetus once again stopped developing at 6 weeks and I miscarried! I feel like I need the progesterone n they should of kept a better eye on my situation!!
