Varicoceles, anabolic Steroids, and Infertility

Trying so hard to feel hopeful every month but also feeling very discouraged.

My Husband has a family history of low sperm Motility, Varicoceles in one testicle, and used anabolic steroids for 8 years. He is no longer using these but I think this may have reduced his sperm count as well.

Is anyone else in a similar situation? It would be so nice to not feel so alone. We've been TTC for 10 months now and seeing a doctor next month.
