Has this happened to anyone?

I need to know if this has happened to anyone and they have gone on in pregnancy?

I had a ultrasound on 07/25, and the baby measures 7 w, and HCG level was 11648, progesterone was 13.3 and I heard a heart beat of 129.

On the 08/03, my morning started with red blood when I wiped, no cramps, and after a few wipes, I went to the ER. After that initial blood, there was no more bleeding for the rest of that day. I had a ultrasound done, and they did not detect a heart beat, on an abdominal or a transvaginal, and HCG level was down to 10168.

Since the 08/03 bleeding, I have had no more blood at all or any cramping.

I know it does not look good, but I just want to know if anyone has ever experienced this and things turned out positively? I have just spoke to my doc and she suggested an ultrasound one more time with her!
