I'm freaking out

Ok ladies so I woke up at 2 am in severe pain . Went to the er they said I had a bladder infection gave me all kinds of meds and a pain pill , said my pregnancy test was negative though (urine)

I took one today just to make sure and it was positive !! I'm freaking out I've done called my obs nurse and I'm waiting on her to call back . I'm scared the medicine may have harmed the baby ... just needed to rant because our er sucks ass it's much darker in person my camera sucks , and to top it off the meds they gave me turned my urine orange so the test looks weird
