How long until you finally got your iud inserted???

How long after your original appointment to talk about getting the iud were you actually able to get it? I went to my ongyn's office almost two weeks ago to sign the papers for the skyla. They said they would call me when they got it in. I also noticed that the paper I signed had something that said 'if you don't hear back within 3-5 days call this pharmacy'. Should I call it or is that for my obgyns office?
