Nexplanon Birth Control
I got my Nexplanon put in yesterday and today i took off the pressure bandaid. It hurts soooo much now. i have a major bruise where it is literally rectangle shaped lol... but my arm hurts to move and its past uncomfortable now.
Wondering could I put Ice/ ice pack/ cold pack on the insertion spot or over it?!?
I tried to research it and nothing says I can't... but nothing says i can either.
