Miscarriage 2 weeks ago? Pregnant again???

So two weeks ago I miscarried. Lately my boobs have been super sore I've been cranky and been feeling tired and nauseas could I be pregnant again or could it be symptoms of my last pregnancy? Praying for my rainbow baby! Help!

I was convinced I was pg again a couple of weeks after my last mc. I wasn't, AF ended up showing. Your hormones can be all over the place till af comes back :(
