Injectables with or without IUI

I have PCOS and hubby has low Morphology levels. We have been TTC for 7 years. We have done rounds of Clomid & Letrozole with no luck conceiving.

Our doctor is having us try injectables next. We can do them with IUI or without. Our doctor said our chances do not increase much with IUI.

What are your thoughts, experiences, personal opinions?

We are paying out of pocket - so finances are always considered however we want our best shot at this - given we don't have funds for several tries.
