So confused

I really don’t know what’s going on. I was put on birth control like 3 months ago. Before then I never said babies the way I do now. I’m only 16 and for some reason I want a baby like truly want on. I had a pregnancy scare a couple weeks ago and I was actually sad that it was negative. I don’t know if it’s the hormones from the birth control or what but Idk what’s going on but I really want a baby....
