Pcos and ovulation

This is my first ever post... my husband and I have been ttc since the end of February after being on BC for 11 years. I have a doctor appt this afternoon to see what they are going to do to increase our chances. I have taken an LH test literally every day since and still have yet to get a positive surge. I was using strips and switched to Clearblue digital this past month. Still nothing. My last cycle was 42 days and my period lasted for 15. The last 3 days I have woken up feeling nauseated and very bloated. Last night aftet sex I noticed a very small, brought red blot clot. Has anyone experience this? What could it be? I've taken pregnancy tests and still nothing. side note: my twin sister has pcos as well and struggled for 5 years to get pregnant / "hold" a pregnancy
