Late, BFN, symptoms 😣

So today marks AF being 6 days late. I took a test the day of my missed period and got a negative then took a test this morning and still negative. My nipples are so sore which has never happened before usually just sore boobs around AF but not just my nipples. I've been nauseous and have a headache and random cramping. Has anyone had this happen to them and did you get AF or a BFP?
