anyone ever not see a heart beat at 7 weeks and then see it later? i have a difficult uterus to image it is "tall" and heart shaped so they can never see my pregnancies internally and have to do my early scans abdominally. i had one done last week and we saw only a sad and "possible fetal pole" sac measuring 6 weeks went back this week and saw sac with "possible fetal pole" measuring 7w 3d which is exactly where i should have been but she didnt pick up any cardiac activity. my dr said to think positively and come back in a week bc abdominally we are at the technical limit of the probe and the baby is still so small it is possible for the heart to be beating and its just hard to capture so I am doing my best to remain positive but it might help if any of you ladies have success stories about seeing a heart beat late. please dont bother to tell me if you miscarried i have suffered many losses and am hoping to only focus on the positive outcomes at this time. thank you
