I'm bleeding 😔

I'm just over 6 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and last night I started bleeding. I've been cramping and I've had shooting pains (right up there) and this morning when I went to the toilet I had fresh blood and clots.

I'm terrified and I've arranged a scan tomorrow 😔 has anyone else had this and gone on to have a normal healthy pregnancy?

UPDATE - we went for the scan today which was the most horrendous experience, she had to try twice to find our little bean but she/he has a little heartbeat. I never realised how happy I could be to see a tiny grey flicker!
