Dying hair while pregnant?

Does anyone know if it's safe or not and what are your opinions on it? I keep getting mixed answers online.

It's safe. Colour just may but hold as well

I dye my hair and I'm 5 months

I was told by my doctor not to bleach but dye is ok. But she did say that she doesn't like either if it's a must try as hard as you can to not get it on your scalp and be in a well ventilated area

I wouldn't do on the scalp bleach. Permanent or demi permanent color in a well ventilated room.
