16 and pregnant ????

So my period is like 5 days late and Ive been feeling constipated, bloated, and like I need to fart and tender breast. I haven't thrown up or anything. No spotting. I haven't took a pregnancy test. So im not sure but could I be pregnant?? I did have sex without a condom -precum but the sex was literally like 2 min bc it hurt and then after that we put the condom on... my vigina has also been itchy and burns sometimes and theres been white discharge. Could I be pregnant ??? Or what does this mean
