Need Advice

My period is 19 days late but I had light spotting for about 4 days a few weeks ago. The spotting was a pinkish brown color, and it was too light compared to my normal periods. I'm not sure if it was implantation bleeding or if it really way just a light period. Along with the spotting I had slight cramps here and there but it didn't feel like my normal period cramps, but I also take the pill version of birth control so I don't know if it could be from that but I've never had spotting from my birth control before and I've been on the pill for over a year now. I've been nauseous on and off all day for about a month now, constantly tired, been getting headaches like crazy, my boobs are sore and sometimes really ache, I've been moody really lately, I've been discharging like crazy, and I personally just feel off and not like myself. When I had the spotting I tested and I got one negative and one inconclusive result. I started randomly spotting again yesterday and I took another test and it was negative. Any thoughts or advice?
