Playing games with me

This guy I had been dating for about 8 months told me he wasn't ready for anything really serious, but that he love me and once he got his life in order he wanted to be together.

1 month after saying that to me, he has a gf and he tells me in passing that he is dating her. I told him that I was upset.. but he pulled the "I don't want to hurt you and I still want to be your friend" line. Today he snap chatted me a pic of him and her together.

Should I just delete him out of my life? seems like he is playing games!
