I have so much pain inconsistently on my vagina, it's like a sudden throb that just hurts like hell, idk how else to explain this but I also don't know what to do
I'm also 29 weeks and 7 months pregnant and babygirl is doing great

It's called lightning crotch. A part of the baby is kicking the nerves in your cervix & it hurts like hell!! Sorry /:

It can also be part of symphasis pelvic disorder (SPD). I remember in my last pregnancy all was fine and then one day it felt like someone had kicked me in the crotch. Ironically this pain is worse after you've been sleeping at night-- it can be a very sharp pain whenever you roll over or do anything that separates your legs (like stairs, squats, or stepping over the tub!). It's nothing to be concerned about other than it just sucks. A chiropractor can help re-align the pelvis.
