Mucusy feeling in back of throat
Hey ladies, I am 21 weeks pregnant and I constantly have this thick mucusy stuff in the back of my throat. I can't swallow it because it makes me gag and when I spit it up (which is ALL the time and so nasty) its just clear really thick sticky spit!? Anyone else have this problem or had it and know how to address it? It's driving me crazy and so embarrassing to spit it up all the time. I can hardly eat or drink because I feel it 🤢🤢
