Cleft lip?

I had a 3D ultrasound today, and tech said everything looks great but I feel like his lip looks a middle odd, like a cleft lip? What do you ladies think?

If it was cleft lip , there wouldn't be any skin inbetween the nose and lip

I was told that they check for that at the anatomy scan so if you've already had it and they didn't mention anything then you're good. Also the 3D ultrasounds aren't perfect and not everything looks the way it really is.
