i took the plan b pill today. i know i most likely wasn't pregnant, but i'm so upset thinking about if i actually could've been in the process of getting pregnant. i feel like i didn't even give my baby a chance to grow and i regret taking the pill. am i just overreacting?

It doesn't take 20 minutes for you to get pregnant- it's not like you're having an abortion, you weren't even pregnant in the first place. You're just making sure you won't get pregnant by taking it

Plan b will not terminate an existing pregnancy. It stops the whole process before it gets the chance to start. That's just not at all how it works
