High Testosterone

I recently found out I have slightly elevated testosterone. Anyone else have this? Anyone able to lower it? Did you have trouble conceiving? I have been under a lot of stress and I'm wondering if this is a result of stress and diet?

My increased testosterone is due to my PCOS. Thru research and talking to the doctor I have started taking myo inositol or you can take your he name brand ovasitol. Both help in lowering testosterone and help with egg quality

That means PCOS, yes it can effect your fertility.

My increased testosterone was because I had stress induced infertility. I went a few months where I didn’t ovulate. Once I got my stress under control I began to ovulate like normal and then I got pregnant and had my baby girl in August. I figured I would follow up in case anyone sees this and wants to know if I had PCOS, which I don’t.

I made an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist to determine if I have it but they didn't have any appointments until the end of the month. So I have to wait.

I understand but my doctor said it's possible I have it but also just asked me to get a fertility monitor and keep trying. My cycle was always normal up until recently. She said it's very slightly elevated. She wants me to go three months trying and if I don't get pregnant we'll do more testing. I'm not very patient and I took the month off due to high stress. How did you determine you have PCOs?
