Hi!! I need your help so so much because i don't know what to do anymore...

I'm pregnant and I'm a person who usually gets urinary infections. I'm 15 weeks today and I had an urinary infection treated for the last days.. yesterday i threw up my last capsule of medicine because my system couldn't resist anymore of the medicine. It gave me so much nausea.. so my doctor told me that it was okay because i finished my treatment anyway and i was feeling great yesterday but last night it starts again. I couldn't sleep because I was going to pee and then I felt that I needed to pee more but nothing came out.. I don't know if to go to my doctor again because I don't want to take the same medication... I usually go across Mexico to see my doctor over there, so I don't know if to go to him or with the one over here in Laredo which is the one who is going to be with me in the labery... I'm so so scared 😢 can anyone help me and tell me what do you think? Is anyone experiencing the same thing?
