T.M.I

Ok so, for the past few months my periods have been so different lately. Let it be known that its not normal for my flow to change, so i usually have a pretty normal flow, but lately its been realy light and no clots at all and it doesnt last the whole 7 days (i usually do). I have been feeling super different, i just feel off i cant really explain it, but i feel diferent. My mom has been telling me to go see a Dr. ,but im honestly scared, any thoughts, should i go to the Dr's? or am i just freaking out for no reason?
