I broke my toe 2 days ago the dr said to go to the ER if my toe starts turning blue or gray color or tingly and cold

Idk if it's just my mind messing with me but does the toe look like it's turning gray or blue ? It's the 4th toe to me the bottom part looks like it's turning a different color right below the actual purple bruise my husband says it's just my mind messing with me since I am a hypochondriac
