💩issue TMI sorry

I am 14 weeks 4 days. And today while out I had to make a emergency stop at my in laws or else I would have pooped my pants lol. I am always drinking so I am not dehydrated. But the stomach pain and all the pooping is killing me. Can I take anything for this?
