HOW DO I MOVE ON?

How do I move on? This is my first love and I'm almost 20 and this breaks my heart too much.

I love being in a relationship to be able to love someone and have someone to care for me but I just lost it now. He turns out to be a fuckboy who took advantage of my naiveness.

I want to get into a relationship again but I don't think I can find any guys now. I think I need a rebound but idk where to find them. I know this sounds stupid but I want to feel love again maybe it'll help me to move on.
