does anyone get pad rash? like after ur 3rd/4th day of sleeping with a pad on, ur entire butt, thighs, and crotch have a raw burning feeling to them? i do and i just wanna know it that is normal

Yes which is why I don't wear them 😂. It's tampons unless I'm going to bed. I've heard about using aloe Vera on it or hydrocortisone, but I just use olive oil. I use it any time I'm irritated and it normally helps soothe the pain

I used to get it, it was better with cotton pads but they still got warm and caused a heat rash I switched to tampons for a few years which were much better and now I've switched to a diva cup which is even better again.

I used to get rashes from pads. I'd wear one for 30min or so and end up with a rash. Basically I can't sit in a wet diaper without getting diaper rash- I've been that way since I was a baby. I switched to tampons within a year of getting my period because of it. Never went back

That happened to me earlier but after switching to 100% cotton pads I don't get such rash things. I feel really comfortable with the cotton pads
