if drivers hit a living thing (animal or human) it should be law to stop?
me and my neighbours have been caring for a baby seagull for almost 2 weeks, he has slight damage to his wing, he's able to fly short distances but mainly walks so stays in the area, we've been feeding him and keeping stupid kids and adults away, the mother is still watching him but isn't here full time. today my neighbour knocked to tell me to get to him because he's been hit by a bunch of teenagers who thought it was funny to hurt him and drive off laughing, his leg is snapped in 2 with blood everywhere, his other wing has suffered damage and he started to go into shock. do you think it should be a clear law if you hurt any living thing you have to stop and get the injured help or should it only apply to certain species?
