Hey ladies I am looking for suggestions how to rotate my frozen milk. I've BF all of my kids and my third is two weeks old. I've never made this much milk before so I have about 60oz frozen so far. I will return to work in about 10 weeks but since they only recommend freezing is good for three months in the regular freezer I don't want any to go to waste. How do you ladies rotate your milk and what is the best way to pump to be able to replace my reserve? Thank you!
