strep throat

i have white spots only on the right side of my throat that kinda look like strep or tonsillitis?? it hurts but it's not THAT painful and no swelling..just some redness...and it feels like i may be developing a bodyache and kinda have no energy....does that sound about right? im trying to see if it goes away with apple cider vinegar before i go to a doctor since i just got this today
