feeling a bit down

how can this even be? according to the app I'm ovulating today but took ovulation tests and they were negative all week this week. took one last week and it was faint line. I've been tracking cm it's been a bit sticky yesterday but today back watery tiny bit sticky. already feeling strongly I'm not going get pregnant this month now just got it in my head. convinced myself i haven't ovulated. think after a big disappoint last month (I was 10 days late with faint positives then suddenly got my period) I am struggling a bit this month to stay positive. doing the deed every other day and feeling like I really don't see the point this month.
