Bed rest at 36 weeks

After a week of monitoring my blood pressure (which was normal/slightly high) I go in for my checkup and my blood pressure is 138/93. Can't believe it, doc put me on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy! This is my second child and with my first daughter I also had days of high blood pressure, and was sent to the hospital a couple of times for observation but never had preeclampsia, and never got put on bed rest. I'm in shock! I have to pee in a jug all day Sunday and take it to the lab on Monday to be tested for preeclampsia. Anyone else have this happen? Baby looks good on the sonogram, just running out of room. She's measuring a whole week early!
