Transverse baby?

Sydney

So last night I was laying down flat on my back (not sleeping, sides were just hurting and I wanted to give them a break) and I started feeling around on my belly to feel the baby. I felt a big bump on my left side, almost like it could be a head or butt. I'm 35 weeks, could my baby be transverse? I will obviously be asking my doctor when I see her next week but I just wanted to see if anyone else has had experiences with a transverse baby this late in their pregnancy. Did they turn on their own or did it result in a c-section? She was breech at my 20 week anatomy scan. It's weird too because I still feel a ton of pelvic pressure as if her head is engaged. She is measuring on the bigger side as well if that makes any difference, which I doubt. Picture below.
