how many hours at night?
how many hours does your little one sleep at night? (with or with out waking) just in total.
like, If they go to bed at 8pm, will they wake for the day at 6am? 8am?
at 4-6 months ive read that they require 10-12 hrs of night time sleep.
but closer to 12
is that what your little guy or gal is doing?
does anyone else have a late bedtime? at like 8 or 8:30pm?
