When do you stop them sleeping for a while

When a child bangs there head, is it when it's the front of the head (forehead) or back of the head that you have to keep them awake? My one year old daughter bumped her forehead about 15mins ago and has a nasty wee bump/bruise. But her mood is totally fine. She's just getting sleepy as it's past her bed time.

If she has a bump then the swelling is outward and not on the brain. No need to worry.

As long as she doesn't have a concussion she's fine...kids bump their heads all the time, you don't need to keep them awake. If you think it's that serious of an injury you need to take her to the ER and have her evaluated

I'm sketchy at kids hurting them selves I would have turned on the TV blast some music and gave ice cream anything to watch just a few hours for signs of being hurt really bad beyond wanting to dance and sponge Bob and eat the best snack ever
