High Risk Advice

I'm almost 24 weeks (yay!!) and I've had issues with pregnancy so far. I had to get an emergency cerclage & my cervix dilates up to the cerclage still and so on and so forth and I'm wondering if I should do fun pregnancy things like a baby shower & maternity photos earlier than later or just do them like at 32 weeks like everyone else and just hope I even make it that long. Does anyone who had high risk pregnancies have suggestions?
