Relationship advice (seeking)

So I’ve been dating this guy since May of this year I really like him a lot he’s a sweet ,cool ,& handsome dude or whatever he’s been trying to talk to me since 2011 lol I finally decided to take him seriously & move on to a different level with him everything was cool until he started changing every time we make plans to see each other he never shows up or respond back to me but the next final week he would get to texting me baby & all these emojis I would always be on his back like why he could get never respond to be of he wasn’t coming then like sometimes I would call or face time him no answer he sound just text me so I’ve been telling him his I feel now he’s been calling more and face timing me more often I’m still a bit confused about him he’s always reacting to girls pictures on face book but claims he loves me & really wanna be with me maybe I’m just over reacting I know he’s been through a lot I just wanna be there for him
