Please help has anyone going to this

Here's story on July 25 I took a pregnancy test came up positive even though I Wasn't due to come on until the 29th . The line was very light either the case it was positive . So on July 31 I started bleeding by 1 August I has several cramps heavy bleeding and blood clots I bled for six days . I completely stop bleeding on the 4th and I never went to the emergency room. So me and hubby had sex the following week every day now moving forward on the 11th I been feeling really sick nauseous so I decided to take a pregnancy test it came back positive too dark dark lines immediately . I Went to the emergency room they drew blood my levels was 365 also had a ultrasound transformational which the doctor said she didn't see anything. Could I be pregnant that fast .
