When am I in the clear for chemical pregnancy?

I'm 4 weeks today and I am worried about the possibility of chemical pregnancy. When does it become no longer a risk for chemical and just leaves it to regular miscarriage if something happened? I'm just so anxious this is my first pregnancy after a miscarriage.

a chemical pregnancy is just a miscarriage before the pregnancy is confirmed via ultrasound (generally before 5 weeks).

After 6 weeks is what my dr said. I just had one and made it to 4w3d.
