Bellybutton rings and pregnancy

I got my bellybutton pierced after I had my first son, I'm 17 weeks pregnant and this pregnancy I have my bellybutton piercing. I've heard horror stories of it getting stretched out and looking awful afterwords. Should I take it out? Or will I be okay with getting a pregnancy bellybutton ring? I don't want my bellybutton to look deformed lol
