In need of advice

My mom keeps insisting that my boyfriend is gay and that I'm in denial about it but I know for sure he isn't. I'm 20 and he's 26 and when we first started dating she wasn't all that supportive. She constantly compares him to my ex and says he's gay. I know she doesn't like him and she says all the time to me she doesn't and he gets that vibe from her whenever he's over my house. My last boyfriend we were the same age he was controlling insecure and he was sneaky. I really have strong feelings for my boyfriend but my mom makes it hard for our relationship to work. My current boyfriend is very family oriented so if he doesn't have my moms approval it'll be hard for him to feel comfortable. I really don't know how to handle this situation.
