Curious about conceiving..
I've been on birth control since I was 12/13 only been off once for a few months when I was 15/16. Depo shot for about a year and pills before and after.
I am currently 22 & got off in the beginning of march this year. I know it won't just happen immediately but I'm wondering what else I can do to help my chances... thank you
