Barley pregnant is a ridiculous term. I mean there's first second and third trimester. Or the term early pregnancy even sounds better than "barely pregnant" 
Either way no you shouldn't smoke while pregnant, PERIOD..

Biggest regret I had was continuing to smoke when I was pregnant. I chose myself instead of my child and it almost cost him his life. He was premature, underweight, had trouble breathing, had to be fed with feeding tube and had a bran bleed. Watching him struggle that first couple months of his life all because I couldn't step up and choose my son was the worst thing I could have done. Never risk the health of your baby to please yourself. Ever.

Barely pregnant? Girl that's not a thing. Once that egg is fertilised and implanted, you're PREGNANT. There's no such thing as barely pregnant.

You mean cigarettes? It can cause low birth weight or even premature birth. That may be if you smoke throughout the pregnancy though I'm not completely sure.

For some people it causes nothing bad to the baby and for some it can affect the baby. Best to speak to your doctor about it. I know it can cause low birth weight and preterm labour.
